Real estate licensees in Kansas must dedicate at least 3 of their 12 sit down hours on core content determined by Kansas Real Estate Commission. Brokers will need an additional 3 (6 total) hours of core credits.
This course satisfies only the 3 hours of core required to be spent on misrepresentation and brokerage relationships. First, we'll discuss types of errors and omissions, including misrepresentation, negligence, fraud, and intentional vs. unintentional mistakes. Next, our course walks licensees through prevention and mitigation methods.
The second topic of real estate brokerage relationships is explained with reference to specific state laws. We'll guide you through acceptable practices in real estate transactions with clients and other licensees. There will be a 25 question exam about the course material, which students must pass to earn their Certificate of Completion.
