Contained in this course is 12 hours of continuing education training for brokers. This course is made up from content from the three hour salesperson course and the three hour broker course along with six hours of elective content.
This class will examine common errors and omissions. This topic will also discuss strategies for managing errors and omissions.
This class will talk about fair housing and the regulations that support and enforce fair housing.
This class will look at financing of real estate transactions including the government programs that provide loan assistance.
This class will discuss the management of the financial records of a real estate business.
The class will also explore real estate offices and the supervision and management of the employees of a real estate business.
To promote retention of the course content, the course ends with a 20 question exam.
