This course is approved by the Kansas Real Estate Commission and satisfies your three-hour Ethics and Business Practice CEU requirement. It includes a comprehensive foundation for ethical behavior according to the NAR Code of Ethics.
The NAR Code of Ethics is the standard governing appropriate behavior for all real estate agents and REALTORS. Within its pages are guidelines and practices that help industry professionals know how to interact with clients, customers, other REALTORS and the public at large. This course examines each of those expectations in turn for a complete ethical education.
From day-to-day client interactions to planning your business practices, this course covers everything you need to know about REALTOR ethics. When a dispute arises, or code standards are violated, this course teaches you how to resolve disagreements and handle disciplinary action.
This course is approved for both state and NAR credit. NAR has extended Cycle 7 through February 28, 2025, so this course will fulfill the necessary requirements for NAR renewal until that date. This course will continue to provide credit for state renewal beyond February 28, 2025.
