12 Hour Course

This State of Kansas approved package contains 12 hours of continuing education training for salespersons seeking to renew their licenses. The package is made up of content from the three hour salesperson course and the content from the nine hour electives course.
This course will discuss errors and omissions and their impact on real estate professionals. This topic will explore the common types of errors and omissions that can be committed by real estate professionals and will present methods through which a real estate professional can prevent errors and omissions from occurring or handle errors and omissions that do occur.
This course will examine the history of housing, fair housing efforts, and fair housing regulations.
This course will look at mortgage loans and the way the purchase of real estate is financed. The course will also talk about the sources of loaned money and government programs that assist people with real estate financing.
The course will cover the types of contractual agreements that are used to set up property listings. This course will also discuss sales contracts.
Finally, this course will examine the transfer of a property’s title and the mthods through which that can be accomplished.
At the end of the course will be a final exam. The primary purpose of the exam is to help students gain greater comprehension and retain more of the material.
