The full 12 hours of continuing education that real estate salespersons in Kansas need for renewal is streamlined within this package. The Kansas Real Estate Commission requires salespersons to complete 9 hours of electives and 3 hours of core, both of which are provided here. First, we'll discuss types of errors and omissions, including misrepresentation, negligence, fraud, and intentional vs. unintentional mistakes. Next, our course walks licensees through prevention and mitigation methods.
The second topic of real estate brokerage relationships is explained with reference to specific state laws. We'll guide you through acceptable practices in real estate transactions with clients and other licensees. Then, we'll switch gears to fair housing, real estate financing, mortgage loan programs, title transfer, encumbrances, and much more.
After each lesson, students will be asked a single question about the material. Videos, images, and links are utilized throughout the course to aid visual and auditory learning styles. There will be a 25 question exam about the core course material, and another 46 question final about the elective materials. Complete the full package to earn a Certificate of Completion.
