Itâ??s vital that all real estate licensees in Kentucky stay up-to-date with all laws and available resources that affect the practice of real estate in the Commonwealth. The Kentucky Real Estate Commission therefore requires that all licensees complete four hours of law and practices continuing education at least once every four years. This course is designed to meet every requirement KREC enforces., It is an invaluable opportunity for licensees to refresh their understanding of relevant laws and practices. Among the topics covered are a KREC Website & License Law Update, including KRECâ??s investigation of complaints filed against licensees. The key legal and ethical aspects of the agency relationship are explored. This is followed by a discussion of all the significant recent changes to Kentuckyâ??s real estate laws, including those on listing and selling practices. Practical approaches and real-world applications are emphasized along with a printable review of key law changes.

I wish that after each section there was a continue button, not just after the videos. It would make the course flow better.

pretty good

This site was confusing to navigate but I seem to have successfully figured it out. The quiz questions were challenging and related to the section content ocvered, however, the test questions were worded tricky and not easy to understand. The test also seemed to be focused on content not made prominent in the lectures. I am thankful for the course but disappointed in the final test format.

In the final exam, some of the questions were not covered by the contents in the study materials. A few of the questions were a little confusing. Maybe not enough added into the question.
