It's vital that all real estate licensees in Kentucky stay up-to-date with all laws and available resources that affect the practice of real estate in the Commonwealth. This course is designed to meet every requirement KREC enforces. It is an invaluable opportunity for licensees to refresh their understanding of relevant laws and practices. Among the topics covered are a KREC Website & License Law Update, including KREC's investigation of complaints filed against licensees. The key legal and ethical aspects of the agency relationship are explored. This is followed by a discussion of all the significant recent changes to Kentucky's real estate laws, including those on listing and selling practices. Practical approaches and real-world applications are emphasized along with a printable review of key law changes.
