This package was created for those who are in the first year of their biennial renewal and need to take the Kentucky Core Course in either the first or second year. Licensees are able to complete more than 6 hours of CE per year but must take at least 6 hours (with 3 on law) in the first year.

Our 6 hour Financing Course is designed to provide Kentucky real estate professionals with an overview of important topics and concepts related to the financing of real estate transactions. It includes 3 hours of Law content and 3 hours of Electives. This package is primarily concerned with the financing of real estate transactions and will cover topics relevant to:
- Lending laws
- Sources of funds
- Loans
- Government loan programs
- & documents used in the financing of real estate transactions.
