This is the 2018 Late CE course. This is only for licensees who failed to complete the CE required for their 2018 renewal during the 2018 calendar year.
This updated 8 hour continuing education course for Mortgage Loan Originators for Alabama, for 2018, will cover 3 hours of Federal Law Updates, 3 hours of Ethics, Fraud, Consumer Protection and Fair Lending, and then 2 hours of Nontraditional Mortgage Products. All of these portions are required for continued licensure under the SAFE Act. Within those categories, MLOs will study subjects such as a brief history of mortgages in America and updated rules affecting MLOs, as well as ethical considerations, mortgage fraud, and updates to nontraditional mortgages available to the MLO.
