This course will start by addressing the changes to state laws which affect real estate licensees and their practice. It's important for licensees to remain current on the requirements for real estate professionals, and this chapter will help you remain up to date!
Next, we'll review basic contract law, particularly as it applies to real estate contracts. This includes an examination of relevant clauses, and well as requirements for contract validity. We'll also discuss errors and omissions that can occur in real estate, as well as strategies for prevention and mitigation of these risks.
We'll also cover the updates to the federal Integrated Mortgage Disclosures required of lenders in real estate loans. Finally, we'll cover supervision and management, and talk about some characteristics of successful managers, as well as the employer/employee relationship and working with independent contractors.
This course does not include a final test.
