In this 6-hour course, we'll begin by talking about the changes to state laws that affect real estate licensees and their practice. It's important for licensees to remain current on the requirements for real estate professionals, and this Legal Update will help you remain up to date!
The second part of the course will review the important topic of ethics. We'll use the NAR Code of Ethics, which sets the industry standard, to guide our discussion of how real estate licensees should behave and handle challenging ethics situations.
This course doesn't require a final exam.
