The next section begins with an overview of how real estate can be used as an investment. This includes an examination of different types of investment properties, the timing of investment, and strategies for investment. Then, the course will shift focus to discuss property value and how that is determined. To close, the course will talk about property taxes, specifically what property taxes are and how real property is taxed.
This course does not include a final test.
