This six-hour package combines two essential courses designed for real estate professionals in Michigan. This course will explore double entry bookkeeping and provide insights into income statements. The second course, Real Estate Legal Updates 2023, focuses on the latest legal updates in Michigan real estate. This course provides up-to-date changes, regulations, and laws impacting the real estate industry in Michigan, such as discharge of prohibited restrictive covenants, Residential and Attainable Housing Facilities Acts, signage pertaining to persons with disabilities, and the power of the “as is” and integration clauses among other topics.
