This comprehensive continuing education package contains all 12 hours of elective training a Michigan real estate professional must complete to renew a license.

The package begins with an examination of ethics and what it means for a real estate professional to act in an ethical manner.

The package, then, discusses recordkeeping. This segment will look at all the different records that a real estate professional will need to create and maintain, from accounting books to client files and property management records.

The last segment of the class focuses on real estate investment. In addition to talking about what properties should be used as investments and when a property should become an investment, this segment also examines how property is valued and taxed.
