1 Hour MN SAFE 2018 State Law Course

This 1 hour Minnesota continuing education course covers all of the requirements you need for continued licensure for MLO's by the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008. The course is comprised of two modules of continuing education requirements, which cover all of your continuing education needs.

In Module 1, the student will go through about a half hour of information, in topics such as:

• Licensure of Minnesota Mortgage Loan Originators

• Enforcement Authority

• Prohibited Acts and Practices

In Module 2, the student will go through another half hour of information, including topics like:

• Disclosures and Agency

• Advertising Standards

• Net Tangible Benefits

• Mortgage Programs for Consumers

During the course, there will be in-text questions to help the student gauge their knowledge while moving through the class, quizzes after each module, and activities in the form of case studies after a module, to test their gathered knowledge as they go.

There is also a final exam of 15 questions at the end of the class.
