This 3-hour course for Minnesota licensees will provide a comprehensive introduction to the concept of land use controls. We’ll begin by looking at how zoning and master plans dictate the allowed uses for a given property, before we take a look at building codes and new home warranties.
We’ll also talk a bit about manufactured dwellings, and the different regulations that apply to them. Finally, we’ll cover common interest ownerships, which are unique in that they apply private controls to homeowners in their communities.
This course will end with a 10-question final exam.
