This 3.5-hour course addresses the important issue of ethics in the real estate, a concept which is more complex than it seems.
In this course, we will talk about what ethics are, why they matter, and how they apply in real estate. We will also look at how ethical duties affect the practice of a real estate licensee, and we will examine some ethical situations that can occur in real estate, as well as the most appropriate way to handle them.
At the end of this class students will be able to explain the basic ethical concepts, fulfill their ethical duties towards clients and customers, fulfill their ethical duties towards employees and the business, fulfill their ethical duties towards one's self and society at large, and analyze ethical situations to determine what is the most ethical course of action.
The course concludes with a 35-question final exam.
