This required module is designed to provide real estate professionals in Minnesota with training on how to manage a number of sources of risk. This course is three hours and forty-five minutes.

The module explores the provisions of a number of state and federal regulations. The course will look at the disclosures that real estate professionals are required to make to other people, the regulations affecting real estate advertising, compensation of real estate professionals, and the presentation of offers to clients. This module also discusses information collected by real estate brokerages and the security measures that need to be put in place to protect that data.

After completing the lessons, students will be required to complete a 20 question exam.
