This 90-minute Minnesota real estate course is designed to provide licensees with in-depth education and instruction on the contracts that they encounter every day in their business.
Real estate sales contracts that will be examined include listing agreements, buyer-broker agreements, tenant representation agreements, and purchase offers. Additionally, we'll look at the less common land sale contracts, leases, and others.
At the end of the course students will be able to apply the basic principles of contracts to real estate contracts, identify the most common types of real estate contracts and their identifying provisions, interpret Real Estate contracts to determine their impact on a client, and draft real estate contracts that are effective and binding.
The course concludes with a 15-question final exam.
