This course is designed to address your 2020 Late CE needs.

This 1 hour Missouri continuing education course covers all of the requirements you need for continued licensure for MLO's by the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008. The course is made up of two modules of continuing education requirements, which will completely satisfy any continuing education requirements you may have.

In Module 1, the student will go through about a half hour of information, in topics such as:

  • SAFE Act Definitions
  • SAFE Act Advertising, Reporting, and Disclosures
  • SAFE Act Violations

In Module 2, the student will go through another half hour of information, including topics like:

  • Missouri Reverse Lending Statutes
  • Missouri Second Mortgage Statutes 
  • Rates and Terms
  • Authorized Charges
  • Mortgage Lending News

During the course, there will be in-text questions to help the student gauge their knowledge while moving through the class, quizzes after each module, and activities in the form of case studies after a module, to test their gathered knowledge as they go.

There is also a final exam of 15 questions at the end of the class.
