This course will provide real estate professionals in the State of Nevada with three hours of continuing education content on agency and the agency relationships they will be involved with.
The content of this course examines who the parties in an agency relationship are, how agency is established, the form and scope of an agent's authority.
The course will discuss responsibilities of parties involved in an agency relationship. The course will then look at how agency relationships are ended. After that, the course will explore legal issues associated with agency. From there, the course will talk about agency in the real estate industry.
The course examines the role a real estate agent serves both within the brokerage and when dealing with clients. In addition, the course will address topics including comparative market analyses, 1031 exchanges, client trust accounts, and agency disclosures.
The course will broken up with a series of incremental exams.
