This is the 2018 Late CE course. This is only for licensees who failed to complete the CE required for their 2018 renewal during the 2018 calendar year.
This is a 1 hour course that covers the required 1 hour state specific content, specified by the NMLS. It's been designed with the student in mind, making for a quick, informative class with engaging content. In the course, the student will learn about topics like the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (SAFE Act) regulations, New Mexico license law and administrations, the practice of loan origination, prohibitions and violations, the three elements of fraud, the hearing process, and more. This class satisfies the 1 hour portion of the MLO's continuing education requirements.
