This is the 2018 Late CE course. This is only for licensees who failed to complete the CE required for their 2018 renewal during the 2018 calendar year. This fulfills your National Requirements.
The New Mexico-specific 8-Hour SAFE Comprehensive Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) Continuing Education Course fulfills the entire 8 hours of continuing education required for New Mexico mortgage loan originators. The bulk of the course will cover general mortgage loan originator practices, as well as federal regulations and requirements such as the SAFE MLO Act and the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry. One hour of the class will focus on content and rules specific to New Mexico.
