This online course is North Carolina approved to meet your 4 hour Elective CE requirement! Regardless if you are a REALTOR® or not, this course covers their Code of Ethics for the Real Estate Industry. At the end of this course students will be able to interact with other parties in a manner that is ethical and appropriate, produce a contract with language that is specific but also clear and understandable, and explain the rights of parties involved in an ethics complaint or ethics hearing.
This course ends with a 50 question final exam.

Sheri Wytcherley has been an online instructor for AYPO's Real Estate education classes for over 5 years and is a licensed real estate instructor across the United States.
Growing up in a military family, Sheri became very patriotic, developed an adventurous spirit, and grew passionate about helping people.
