This online course is North Carolina approved to meet your 4 hour Elective CE requirement! Regardless if you are a REALTOR® or not, this course covers their Code of Ethics for the Real Estate Industry. At the end of this course students will be able to interact with other parties in a manner that is ethical and appropriate, produce a contract with language that is specific but also clear and understandable, and explain the rights of parties involved in an ethics complaint or ethics hearing.

This course begins with an analysis of the first half of the NAR® Code of Ethics, followed by an 8 question quiz. The course picks up continuing in the NAR® Code of Ethics, followed again by an 8 question quiz. Lastly the student finishes the NAR® Code of Ethics, so that the student will have gone through Articles 1-17 of the Code, concluding with enforcement of professional standards, and arbitration. The student will then take another 8 question quiz.

This course ends with a 50 question final exam.

It was easy to follow and allowed me to work at my pace.

Informative

It might help to let people know that when scrolling, they need to click on the screen. I believe I had a few answers that I selected, then scrolled to the next question, but my answer scrolled with it, ie I answered A, clicked down twice to read the next question, and my answer changed to C. Other than that I appreciated the course!

This was very good and very informative.

I don't have anything at this time. Thank you.

final exam too long

April 25th, 2018
Much more difficult and complicated than other sources taken in classes.

Very tough course. Good job. Perhaps a little too in depth on questions.

Really liked the format and that I was able to complete on my schedule! Thanks!

This was a detailed course

January 24th, 2018
I thought this was more comprehensive than any other course I have taken on ethics

May 11th, 2018
The content of this course (Ethics) was thorough and covered the topic well, however because of the nature of the topic I would take it in a classroom setting next time. I think it would allow for beneficial sharing and the material would stick with me better than by reading it online.

Part 3 was very hard to follow. Need to give more examples as it is explained. Maybe a visual or video such as a flow chart outlining the process. A chart listing the number of days for all of the deadlines would also be helpful.

April 4th, 2018
Course content was not easy to remember. I found all the complex names they gave the characters in the scenarios to make it harder to read and understand material. ( What about John, Sally, Fred?). I had to keep going back to understand who was who and who represented who. Some questions were unclear. In general, I learned from the course.

March 19th, 2018
It took longer than 4 hours to complete and the material is so dry, not a great choice for online learning, not your fault. I did notice a few typos. The price is right!

February 2nd, 2018
if there was an option for audio along with the reading sections I think that would be very helpful.

May 16th, 2018
Too much reading. Too few videos

May 14th, 2018
Several spelling and grammar errors in exams. And well over 4 hours of work.

May 4th, 2018
Not enough videos in course, too much reading, I would like to see case studies for example acted out, and some of the exam questions were not well structured. Otherwise it was okay.

March 10th, 2018
There is too much reading involved in this review. There should be other modes of learning utilized in this online course.

It's very dry. Could have been more interesting if written better.
