The Oklahoma 21-Hour Renewal Package Continuing Education Course fulfills all 21 hours of continuing education required by OREC, including the Elective and Broker in Charge (BIC) requirements. The course package explores an impressive variety of core topics beginning with a look at broker services-related matters, such as revisions to the Oklahoma Broker Relationships Act, business brokers, client trust accounts, and financial records. We'll spend time discussing the "business of value" that is the real estate industry, as well as business structures, business plans, and office policies and procedures. In addition, our course will cover property management, advertising your real estate business ethically and effectively, developing a professional business image, and complying with state and federal fair housing regulations.
