The Oklahoma 6-Hour Core Real Estate continuing education course covers multiple core topics pertaining to the Oklahoma real estate profession. Our updates begin with an extensive review of recent changes to the Oklahoma Broker Relationships Act, which guides the practice within the state of Oklahoma and abrogates common law agency which is recognized as the standard in most other states. The course also provides information pertinent to the responsibilities and opportunities of running a real estate brokerage in Oklahoma. We'll also cover a variety of topics and institutions such as the Oklahoma Real Estate License Code, forming and breaching of contracts, the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission and rules, a look at federal and state-specific fair housing laws, changes to the Oklahoma code, and then spend time discussing ethics concepts and terminology. We'll cap it all off with a number of specially designed activities and a final exam to test your real estate professional skills.,
