This course, which is an important part of the continuing education required for license renewal, covers professional conduct and ethics issues related to the Oklahoma real estate profession, including the following topics:

  • conduct-related licensing requirements
  • ethical concepts and terminology, and
  • the role and importance of ethics in real estate

And, we'll talk about ethics in some specific real estate-related situations such as truth and accuracy in advertising, unambiguous and ethical handling of listing agreements and signings, and proper execution of closing activities from the ethics point of view.
