This 30 Hour Oregon Principal Broker Advanced Practices (PBAP) complete package provides all the CE hours required for real estate agents in Oregon. This course covers a broad spectrum of subjects covering everything required for the principal broker renewing their license including the required 3 hours of LARRC. 

This comprehensive course provides a broad spectrum of subjects covering everything required for the principal broker and property manager upgrading or renewing their license. Included in this course are lessons regarding brokerage practices, supervising and managing real estate licensees, and the handling of clients' trust accounts. In addition to these crucial topics, we'll also take time to discuss keeping and maintaining the proper records, property management and property managers, and real estate-related advertising. And, finally, we'll focus our last lessons on the affirmative duties of the agent, agency relationships, and professional real estate activities

The 3-hour LARRC portion will cover the law and rule changes to the practice of real estate in the state of Oregon for 2018 and beyond. It will focus on the updates to ORS 696 and OAR Divisions 1-50. This class satisfies the state requirement for licensees to take a law and rule update course.

Sheri has been an online instructor for AYPO's Real Estate education classes for over 5 years and is a licensed real estate instructor across the United States.

Growing up in a military family, Sheri became very patriotic, developed an adventurous spirit, and grew passionate about helping people.
