Oregon Law and Rule Required Course LARRC 2026-2027

  • 2 Hour Course
  • $25.00

Real estate licensees in Oregon can satisfy their 2-hour state-specific license renewal requirement for continuing education on recent changes to real estate laws and rules with this course. All required topics are covered, including the recent legislative passage of HB 2373 (timeshare licenses), HB 4058 (property wholesaler registration and buyer representation agreements), HB 3137 (“Managing Principal Broker”, supervisory agreements, supervision and control requirements, continuing education changes, real estate teams, and commission sharing with charitable organizations), HB 3522 (removing unauthorized squatters) and SB 586 (allowing landlords to offer rent payments to decrease the notice period).

In order to meet the requirement in ORS 696.174 for two hours of content on recent changes in real estate rules and laws, all real estate licensees in Oregon must take and complete a 2-hour Law and Rule Required Course (LARRC) approved by the Oregon Real Estate Board for the current license renewal cycle. This class fulfills those requirements and covers every required topic in the Board-approved curriculum for 2026-2027.  In order to meet the full 30 CE requirement for license renewal, this 2-hour class is designed to accompany a 2-hour state and federal fair housing course and an additional 26 hours of continuing education (CE) in approved real estate topics.
