This 40-hour course fulfills your state pre-licensing requirement and prepares you to pass the Broker Administration and Sales Supervision (BASS) licensing exam.
The course begins with a lesson on the business practices of a real estate brokerage, including supervision and management, handling clients' trust funds, keeping financial records, and more.
Next, we talk about rentals, leases, and landlord/tenant law, along with property ownership, before tackling financing and licensing topics.
Then, we review the contracts you'll encounter in your business, and talk about the legal implications of some clauses as we move into an agency discussion.
After further discussion on property management issues, we wrap up with real estate brokerage, including commissions, antitrust laws, and brokerage legal requirements.
The course ends with a 75-question final exam and 130-question test simulator that closely resembles the PSI licensing exam.
