This 40-hour course will provide you with all 40 pre-licensing hours you need, as well as prepare you to take the Broker Administration and Sales Supervision (BASS) exam.

The course will begin with instruction on the business practices of a real estate brokerage, including supervision and management, handling clients’ trust funds, keeping financial records, and more.

We’ll talk about rentals, leases, and landlord/tenant law, along with property ownership, before tackling financing and licensing topics.

Then, we’ll review the contracts you’ll encounter in your business, and talk about the legal implications of some of the clauses as we move into a discussion of agency.

After further discussion on property management issues, We’ll wrap up with topics of a real estate brokerage, including commissions, antitrust laws, and legal requirements of a brokerage.

The course final consists of 75 questions, along with a 130-question state exam prep final to help prepare for your exam.

Sheri has been an online instructor for AYPO's Real Estate education classes for over 5 years and is a licensed real estate instructor across the United States.

Growing up in a military family, Sheri became very patriotic, developed an adventurous spirit, and grew passionate about helping people.

In 2005 Sheri became a principal broker and opened Oregon Ranch & Home Real Estate in order to better serve her clients. She received the honor of being ranked #5 in Southern Oregon for dollar volume sold for 2008, during one of the most challenging years the market has seen in decades.
