Our 8-Hour Pennsylvania SAFE Comprehensive Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) Continuing Education Course is designed specifically for MLOs in Pennsylvania needing to meet their continuing education needs required. Our course covers both the state and federal aspects of mortgage loan origination, including Pennsylvania-specific laws, regulations, and procedures. This course focuses on many of the most critical areas of MLO activities, including in-depth looks into the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (SAFE Act), the Pennsylvania version of the SAFE Act, ethics for MLOs, fraud and consumer protection, lending standards for non-traditional mortgages, and updates regarding laws, regulations, and enforcement powers in mortgage loan origination. We'll also take time to catch up with changes initiated by the Truth-In-Lending-Act and Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (TILA-RESPA) Integrated Mortgage Disclosure Act (TRID).
