This 8-hour course will satisfy all of your continuing education requirements as a licensed MLO in the state of Rhode Island for a renewal cycle.

Since MLOs are primarily regulated on a federal level, we'll spend the bulk of the course addressing national regulations and information. This includes the required 3 hours of updates to federal law, 2 hours of education on ethics, fraud, consumer protection, and fair lending, and 2 hours of instruction on nontraditional mortgage products.

The course also includes 1 hour of Rhode Island law relevant to Mortgage Loan Originators, to satisfy the state-specific education requirement.
