Honesty, fairness, and disclosure of material facts are a few of the obligations that a licensee has to all parties in a transaction. We'll also touch on disciplinary actions and the process that occurs when a licensee is disciplined for committing a violation.

Last, we'll talk about professionalism, and how it looks as it's practiced in your business. We'll end the course with a short activity and 40-question exam as required by the state.
