This 10 hour package has been specifically designed for a one-stop approach to your CE. It includes the required 4 hours of CORE in the form of a segment on the 3 Ps of Professionalism.
This portion of the course includes an overview of the 3 Ps, the Principles, Practices, and Pitfalls of working with consumers. We'll do this by covering the following areas:
- Review of South Carolina license law
- Offers and counteroffers
- Contracts and voidability
- Customers versus clients
- Types of agency
- Disclosure of Brokerage Relationships form
- Transaction brokerage, and
- Real estate teams
We'll begin with a review of South Carolina Codes and Laws. In Offers and Counter Offers, we'll look at key principles and review duties of licensees during this process. We'll discuss contracts and different variables, as well as the statutes of Fraud. We'll talk about agency and then the Disclosure of Brokerage Relationships form. In Transaction Brokerage, we'll completely describe this new type of non-agency. The course will then examine aspects of transaction brokerage so students feel comfortable performing the tasks of a transaction broker. Finally, we'll describe regulations surrounding the operation of real estate teams. Then we'll move into the 6 elective hours in Real Estate Financing for South Carolina.
This segment of the course provides you with an overview of important topics and concepts related to the financing of real estate transactions. It's primarily concerned with the financing of real estate transactions, and will cover such topics such as:
- Relevant Lending Laws
- Sources of Funds
- Government Loan Programs, and
- Documents Used in the Financing of Real Estate Transactions.
Throughout this course, there are quizzes and exercises mean to help you reinforce and retain your knowledge. This is a great package for a one-and-done approach to your CE!
