South Carolina Real Estate Continuing Education

This package of educational content is designed to provide South Carolina real estate professionals with an overview of important topics and concepts related to the financing of real estate transactions. This package is primarily concerned with the financing of real estate transactions. This package will cover such topics as relevant lending laws, sources of funds, loans, government loan programs, and documents used in the financing of real estate transactions.

This is a course for brokers-in-charge in the state of South Carolina looking to renew their license during the 2025 - 2027 renewal period. This course has 2 main areas of focus: the duties and responsibilities of a broker-in-charge and management of legal risk. Completion of this course will provide 4 hours of education that can be put toward the total needed for renewal.

This class will cover the requirements for creating and enforcing real estate contracts.
