We'll also spend some time talking about fair housing issues. This includes the history of fair housing legislation, and how these regulations impact the real estate profession.
Lastly, we'll talk about the kinds of errors and omissions that a real estate professional can be liable for. We'll discuss some strategies to prevent and manage these risks and protect yourself and your business.
