Our specially designed Tennessee 8-Hour SAFE Comprehensive Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) Continuing Education Course was developed to help Tennessee MLOs keep on top of their continuing education needs with a smartly organized and professionally presented continuing education package. In this package, we cover both the state and federal aspects of mortgage loan origination, as well as providing in-depth looks into the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (SAFE Act), ethics for MLOs, fraud and consumer protection, lending standards for non-traditional mortgages, subprime loans, and reverse mortgages. And, we provide updates regarding Tennessee's laws, regulations, and enforcement powers in mortgage loan origination. We'll also spend time updating and reviewing changes instigated by the Truth-In-Lending-Act and Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (TILA-RESPA) Integrated Mortgage Disclosure Act (TRID). Plus, we've created a variety of quizzes and activities designed to challenge and improve your mortgage loan originating skills.
