This 3 hour course will fulfill the 3 hour requirement for Real Estate licensees on any topic, and will cover Finance Basics, Mathematics for Real Estate, and Property Taxes. Included in this course are Government Loan Programs, Mortgages and Deeds of Trust, Other Mortgages, Sale and Leaseback, Collateral Assignments, and Other Financing Documents. Under Mathematics we will cover How Math is Used in Real Estate, General Math Concepts, Calculations for Valuation, Appreciation and Depreciation, Calculations for Transactions, and Lending Calculations. Lastly, we will cover Property Taxes, under the topic of Taxation.
This course includes two incremental exams, Quiz #1 is 20 questions and Quiz #2 is 10 questions.
