This CE course will provide you with 7 hours of continuing education, and you'll learn real estate skills to take your career to the next level.
In this course, we'll focus on the knowledge and skills that licensees need to run a brokerage. We'll start with the general principles of running a real estate office, including how to manage employees and commissions, as well as the elements of a successful manager.
Next the course will cover the importance of an office manual, which should establish procedures and rules for the business, including how grievances are handled. We'll also talk about the important topic of advertising, including rules that must be observed, and how to remain in compliance with them.
Finally, we'll talk about the records of a real estate office and what licensees need to know about what records to keep, how to store them, and how long they'll need them. This includes a section on financial reports that may be required of a brokerage.
The course concludes with a 50-question test to help ensure student retention of the material.
