We’ll start the course by covering the different types of threats that a licensee may face in the course of their duties, and how to identify these threats. We’ll share some safety tips and techniques that are simple to utilize and put in place prior to a showing, and we’ll cover some best practices during a showing that can prevent licensees from putting themselves at risk.

Lastly, we’ll talk about the liability issues that are present in the practice of real estate. This will include a discussion of liability insurance, as well as risk management techniques.
