This 90-hour Sales Apprentice Education (SAE) course package counts toward the TREC first-time license renewal requirement.
The package includes courses that cover many topics, including:
- Texas Property Code chapters 91 to 93: What is and is not allowed in Texas property management
- How to brokerage relationships between clients, salespersons, and other brokers
- Ways to analyze the market and the competition
- Legal concepts in real estate practice in Texas
- Basic contract law and how to use Texas promulgated contracts
- Legal land descriptions and surveys
- Conveyance of property, both voluntary and involuntary
- The role easements, encumbrances and liens play in property transactions
- Issues surrounding foreclosures

Course exams must be proctored. You can purchase online proctoring within the course for $15 per exam or find an in-person proctor location.
