In this 16 hour course, you will gain knowledge in several areas. We'll start by entering into the mandatory core portion of the course, which provides study in the areas of land use controls like zoning and Act 250 Permits. It will also give the student a quick overview of Vermont' agency guidelines and any new additions to the Administrative Code.

We'll then move into the second segment which covers real estate concepts dealing with agency and contracts, such as legal descriptions, transfers of title, and encumbrances. Then we provide a look into financing, that will include topics such as sources of financing, financing documents, and title insurance and escrow.

After that we'll move into Real Estate Contracts and Loan Programs, where we'll discuss a bit of basic contract law and then get more specific in real estate contracts. Then we'll move forward into such subjects as listing and sale agreements, before finishing up the section with loans and loan programs, including government loan programs.

Sheri has been an online instructor for AYPO's Real Estate education classes for over 5 years and is a licensed real estate instructor across the United States.

Growing up in a military family, Sheri became very patriotic, developed an adventurous spirit, and grew passionate about helping people.

In 2005 Sheri became a principal broker and opened Oregon Ranch & Home Real Estate in order to better serve her clients. She received the honor of being ranked #5 in Southern Oregon for dollar volume sold for 2008, during one of the most challenging years the market has seen in decades.
