From there, the student will will examine the requirements for record keeping and advertising, especially in the light of the supervising broker role. This will be followed by a listing of the updated requirements for protection of escrow funds. Finally, the student will be given an overview of other areas of broker supervision, as well as prohibited acts according to code. It was an Online Course, but I had to call in to Support line at each step so the course 'settings' could be manually checked off in order to move to the next section, for every step in the entire course. This resulted in a delay in completing the course from the 2 hour requirement to a 4 day process or support requests and returned phone calls for each section of the course.
