This course fulfills the requirements for Virginia's Continuing Education for Real Estate Brokers. It includes the mandatory topics of Broker Management and Agent Supervision, Agency, Ethics, Fair Housing, Contracts, and Legal Updates and Emerging Trends. As elective topics, this course also includes the Basics of Real Property Law, Advertising Guidelines and Techniques, Investment Counseling, and more. These classes will ensure that brokers are well-versed in the expectations and tasks of being a real estate professional, and able to serve clients well.
This course includes the mandatory two (2) of the eight (8) hours of Broker Management & Agent Supervision.
