This 7 hour package is all you need for your West Virginia real estate license renewal! We'll begin the course with a discussion of title issues and how they are handled during escrow. We'll also talk about the issues that property encumbrances can cause.
After that, we'll look at the methods by which property value is determined for tax and other purposes. We'll review the most common real estate contracts that licensees will use, and several different source of financing that home buyers may be able to use.
Last, we'll talk about foreclosure issues, and the different types of foreclosure that exist. We'll also cover some remedies that homeowner may be able to pursue instead of foreclosure. The course will conclude with a final exam.
