Wisconsin 3 Hour Real Estate Listing Contracts: Course 1

This 3-hour course focusing on listing contracts is required continuing education for the Wisconsin real estate license renewal. It has been written to provide Wisconsin real estate professionals with a solid background and history of the role agency relationships play in commerce and its particularly strong tie to the real estate industry.
Among the many topical issues covered in this course are:
- Agency and disclosures
- Managing multiple representation arrangements
- Licensee inspection duties
- Using the Exclusive Right to Sell representation agreement, and
- The obligations of licensees as parties to a transaction
to name only some. In addition, we'll take a long look into Wisconsin Statute Chapter 452 and its widespread impact on real estate practice with the statutory duties, obligations, and prohibitions incumbent upon the licensee.
