This 3-hour Wisconsin Offers to Purchase course, which is required continuing education for license renewal, provides a comprehensive introduction to the Wisconsin Real Estate Examining Board (WB) Offers to Purchase forms. 

In the lesson, we'll cover a variety of critical topics related to the Offers to Purchase, including:
