This 3-hour course on New Developments in real estate in Wisconsin, which is required continuing education for a Wisconsin license renewal, covers the most recent developments that affect the state's real estate industry. These changes are the result of actions taken by the state legislature, the state government, and courts locally and nationwide. 

Some import topics addressed include:

  • Marital Equality laws affecting title to property
  • Right to compensation upheld by the courts
  • Copyrights and marketing dangers to avoid
  • Disturbances to wetlands rules changed, and 
  • Rental Weatherization Program eliminated
