This 32-hours course includes several of our specialized 4 and 8 hour courses, to offer you a variety of topics to complete your CE. The course contains 24 hours of training on mandatory topics and 8 hours of training on broker responsibilities in Wyoming.

In our Wyoming Broker Management course, we’ll talk about the role and responsibilities of a broker, including with regard to trust accounts.

In Agency and Contracts, we’ll discuss the nature of the agency relationship and the duties of each party. We’ll also review common real estate contracts.

In Risk Management and Legal Compliance, we’ll discuss the different risks that are present in the real estate industry, and measures to prevent and mitigate these risks.

In Marketing, Advertising, and Social Media, we’ll cover the regulations that apply to these areas, and how to ensure that your advertisements are compliant.

In Inspections and Disclosures, we’ll review the correct and required disclosures in real estate transactions, as well as how to handle inspection issues.

In Title Insurance and Escrow, we’ll talk about the process of closing a transaction, and how to navigate difficulties that arise during escrow.

Sheri has been an online instructor for AYPO's Real Estate education classes for over 5 years and is a licensed real estate instructor across the United States.

Growing up in a military family, Sheri became very patriotic, developed an adventurous spirit, and grew passionate about helping people.

In 2005 Sheri became a principal broker and opened Oregon Ranch & Home Real Estate in order to better serve her clients. She received the honor of being ranked #5 in Southern Oregon for dollar volume sold for 2008, during one of the most challenging years the market has seen in decades.
