In this 4-hour course of mandatory content, we’ll focus on issues related to inspections and property disclosures.

This includes a discussion of real property law and legal considerations, as well as title insurance and what is covers. We’ll also look at some environmental concerns.

In the second part of the course we’ll talk about using disclosures appropriately to manage risk. Encroachments, surveys, and plat maps will also be reviewed for their importance. We’ll conclude the course with a quiz and activity.
