This course contains 4 hours of madatory continuing education. In the course we’ll talk about the important issues of risk, risk management, and legal compliance. This includes weaknesses in brokerage policies, the need for liability insurance, and other considerations of errors and omissions.

We’ll also cover some risk management techniques that can be practiced in daily activities of licensees. These techniques will limit risk exposure, and protect the licensee, clients, and customers.

We’ll spend some time talking about advertising and communication before a short quiz and activity.
