In this 45-hour course for salespersons and associate brokers, we'll include everything you need to satisfy your CE requirements. The package combines 24 hours of training on mandatory topics with 21 hours of training on elective topics.

We'll begin with a review of agency relationships, and the contracts that establish them. We'll also talk about risks that real estate professionals face, and how to protect yourself against these risks.

We'll review marketing, advertising, and social media guidelines to ensure that you're using these essential tools properly, and remaining in compliance.

We'll also look at the roles of inspections and disclosures in a transaction, and how you can best serve and advise your clients in these. Then, we'll talk about title insurance, escrow, and closing issues that you may encounter,and how to handle these.

Sheri has been an online instructor for AYPO's Real Estate education classes for over 5 years and is a licensed real estate instructor across the United States.

Growing up in a military family, Sheri became very patriotic, developed an adventurous spirit, and grew passionate about helping people.

In 2005 Sheri became a principal broker and opened Oregon Ranch & Home Real Estate in order to better serve her clients. She received the honor of being ranked #5 in Southern Oregon for dollar volume sold for 2008, during one of the most challenging years the market has seen in decades.
